We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.

How do I return a product❓

To initiate a return, email us at info@purevice.store with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

What if my product arrives damaged❓
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact info@purevice.store within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement right away at no extra cost. We take quality control seriously and use your feedback to improve our packaging and shipping process.
